Not entirely sure what to title this post but this meal was inspired by a Bird’s Eye fish advert on tv the other night.
The advert used a fillet of sweet chilli sauce coated cod. For my meal I used salmon fillet instead. To season the fish I used black peppers, salt, all purpose seasoning, ball pepper seeds and lemon juice. Placed fish on an oven tray and in the oven to grill for 10 mins at 200 degrees or gas mark 4. If you do not have access to salmon or cod fillet you can use white fish, pollack or haddock.
Bring rice to boil in pot, add broccoli, carrots, peas to cook with it.
I got some already washed salad leaves from the grocery shop and halved cherry tomatoes to serve with the meal. The salad leaves include romaine and red leaf lettuce. Alternatives that can be used are baby spinach leaf or watercress.
I hope you enjoy this meal as much as I did. As promised this meal literally took 20mins to cook and 7 mins to prepare. So set yourself a challenge with family and friends to see if you can beat my time 🙂
