Hi all!!!! It’s really been a while. So much has happened, this past year that has distracted me from this love of mine. The important thing is I’m back and I hope you will continue sharing this amazing experience with me 🙂
The aim this month is to make healthy meals that take no longer than 30 mins. I appreciate most of us have busy schedules. It’s not always fab to come in after a long day to slave away in the kitchen for a few hours to get a decent meal. Hence the aim to come up with recipes for meals that can be prepared in the shortest time possible and still suit your needs:)
This month we will be cooking mainly with peppers, onions and seafood as I currently have a craving for these ingredients:). Remember that any seafood I use has a substitute and I will endeavour to list substitutes for you :).
